Meet Melinda Riddick, Founder & CEO
Melinda Riddick is the founder and CEO of Sparkle and Order LLC. Originally from Malden, Massachusetts — just outside Boston — she earned an Associate degree in Hospitality Management and a Bachelor's degree in Sales/Meeting Management from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. She has called Orlando home for more than 21 years.
For years Melinda helped friends and clients clean and organize their homes, and in 2024 she turned that gift into a business. She started Sparkle and Order to share something that helps her manage her own stress and eases the stress of others. Every project is approached as though she is cleaning her own home — special attention to the details, plus the extras that make the finished result truly satisfying.
What sets Sparkle and Order apart is care. Clients trust the team because the team genuinely cares about every project it is hired to complete. Melinda also believes life is bigger than any one person or business: Sparkle and Order assists people who need cleaning and organizing help in their home but cannot afford the services.
Looking ahead, Melinda is growing the company thoughtfully — scaling in a way she can manage well, and opening a division dedicated to commercial cleaning for larger businesses.
